DS4700: Initializing a drive

When adding an EXP810 enclosure to a DS4700, I ran in to a problem where the drives had preconfigured information on them.  As a result the DS4700 wanted to import the migration, but it could not read the configuration properly and would hang on import.  I was able to get around the issue by reinitializing each drive in the enclosure.  This removes the configuration information and allows you to start with a clean slate.
